Convenient and reliable API Service

As a result of worldwide increase in international flights and passenger movement as well as demand for tighter security screening and border controls, the World Customs Organization (WCO), International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) endorse and promote the implementation of API systems.
The number of countries implementing API systems is growing quickly and API will continue to create regulatory requirements for international air travel around the globe. This translates into additional work and an increased regulatory burden for GA international flight planning, for pilots, dispatchers, schedulers and flight departments alike.
The countries that currently require APIS filing are: Antigua, Australia, Barbados, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Grenada, India, Ireland, Jamaica, Japan, Maldives, Mexico, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, Saint Lucia, Spain (except for Schengen zone passengers), Taiwan, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.
Failure to comply with API submission requirements in a timely, correct and adequately supported manner can result in steep penalties.
CST Online APIS Services provides easy, reliable, user friendly access to the processing of advance notifications.

If you think compliance is expensive - try non-compliance.

What our customers are saying...

Everything went very smooth and we have you and your team at CST to thank. We often have multiple schedule changes and very much appreciate your help in coordinating everything.

We look forward to working with you all next time.
Kyle Kinnear
Everything went great, top notch service as always. My crew advised the local agent went above and beyond the call of duty as they were delayed in their arrival flight in, and the local agent had the airplane completely ready to go so my passengers were not inconvenienced further. Great Job!
Eric Brown
It was a pleasure working with you all. The flight went perfectly - I have had domestic trips that did not go as seamlessly as this one.

Thank You,
Brent Burchwell
One word about your team. "Superstars". Everything went perfect. Please pass my thanks to Pamela, the driver Duncan, and the house staff Gloria! Very happy with today's events.

Bruce Bright
Many thanks for the superb handling work you provided us on the Cancun-Costa Rica-Key West trip. Costa Rica was terrific and the Cuba crossing went as smoothly as it did when I flew for AA. You remain a treasured resource for the next adventure.

Best to you,
Barr McCutcheon
Your team was amazing with all of the changes and maintenance issues. It is nice to work with a team that you can count on.
