Everything went very smooth and we have you and your team at CST to thank. We often have multiple schedule changes and very much appreciate your help in coordinating everything.
We look forward to working with you all next time.
Everything went great, top notch service as always. My crew advised the local agent went above and beyond the call of duty as they were delayed in their arrival flight in, and the local agent had the airplane completely ready to go so my passengers were not inconvenienced further. Great Job!
It was a pleasure working with you all. The flight went perfectly - I have had domestic trips that did not go as seamlessly as this one.
One word about your team. "Superstars". Everything went perfect. Please pass my thanks to Pamela, the driver Duncan, and the house staff Gloria! Very happy with today's events.
Many thanks for the superb handling work you provided us on the Cancun-Costa Rica-Key West trip. Costa Rica was terrific and the Cuba crossing went as smoothly as it did when I flew for AA. You remain a treasured resource for the next adventure.
Best to you,
Your team was amazing with all of the changes and maintenance issues. It is nice to work with a team that you can count on.
All the best,

In August of 2017, Mexico’s Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) published GNSS (GPS) approaches for Acapulco (MMAA) and Ixtapa/Zihuatenejo (MMZH). These complement the GPS approach for Toluca (MMTO) published earlier. Part 91 operators should take note that these approaches require prior special approvals from the FAA and Mexico’s DGAC. Failure to obtain prior approval may result in fines. To read the full note visit: CST Member NEWS
