"The following article in the Nassau Tribune on May 08, 2025 covers additional planned investments and new fees for flight tracking and weather in The Bahamas. According to The Tribune: "A $400M heads of agreement was yesterday signed by the Davis administration with the Bahamas Aviation, Climate and Severe Weather Network (BACSWN) to enhance meteorological services and improve flight tracking."

"Michael Strachan, group financial advisor of BACSWN, said the company will be submitting a proposal to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to increase overflight fees to $775 per flight and the government will receive $550 per flight."
